Romans 11:29 says: "For the gifts and

the calling of God are irrevocable." (ESV)

This verse is just before Romans 12, where Paul goes into more detail on various spiritual gifts.

As a Faith & Business coach, my Calling is to Inspire The Calling in Others. I want as many people as possible to understand and apply their gifts and their calling to their life, because (1) that's why God created you, (2) you will receive more joy & energy, and (3) you will make the world a better place.

Psalms 139:13: "For you formed my inward parts;

you knitted me together in my mother's womb." (ESV)

1 Corinthians 12:18: "But as it is, God arranged the members

in the body, each one of them, as he chose." (ESV)

God created each of us uniquely. Why He created me is different from why He created you, and the more that we know the purpose for which He created us, the better. My official certifications as a Gallup Strengths Coach and a Working Genius Facilitator, gives me the insight that we can understand & align our gifts, talents, Strengths, and Working Genius to make the days of our lives more fulfilling and impactful, with more energy & joy. We choose to work WITH God honoring why He created us, and we have a better result!

The first step is to gain a deeper understanding of your Spiritual Gifts and how that applies in your day-to-day life, including in your work. Sometimes we focus on the work we feel we can, or want to, excel in, then we later discover—thanks to the insights of friends or colleagues—that others see different gifts in us.
